In EAEU The Technical regulation CU TR 008/2011 “About toy safety“ is applicable to Toys.

The technical regulation establishes requirements for toys in order to protect the life and health of children and those who look after them, as well as to prevent actions that mislead toy consumers about their purpose and safety.

Other possibly applicable technical regulations for Toys in the Customs Union (EAEU) are LVE (CU TR 004/2011) and EMC (CU TR 020/2011)

RoHS (TR EAEU 037/2016) is not applicable to Toys.
