Since January 1, 2018, the mandatory certification and the UkrSEPRO system have been canceled by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 46-93. Declaration of Conformity with Technical Regulations.
Based on the documentation received, we determine which Technical Regulations apply to your group of goods, analyze the compliance with regulatory documents and draw up declarations of conformity.

- User manual
- Test Reports of manufacturer or third party
- CE Declaration of conformity
For all products that include wireless modules for data transmission, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS, etc. The Technical Regulations for Radio Equipment (Technical Regulations for Radio Control) apply according to PKMU 355 dated 05.24.2017.
Required documents:
- General description of the product, photo, software version
- Instructions in Ukrainian (must have information on safety requirements, radio frequency bands in which radio equipment operates and on the maximum radiation power in the indicated radio frequency bands) – CCI can help with translation
- Electrical diagrams and descriptions to them, list of components
- Test Reports
- Certificates (Certificate of Type), declarations of conformity
- Risk analysis
- Power of attorney from the manufacturer
If your product is not included in the list of mandatory certification products, you can increase its competitiveness and, accordingly, marketability by passing voluntary certification. Voluntary certification of products is carried out in a legally unregulated area in accordance with the procedure determined by the agreement between the applicant (manufacturer, supplier) and the certification body.
There are other permission documents that may be required for the import and sale of specific products in Ukraine.
