In fact, this service cannot be fully called «customs clearance»… honestly speaking, our service here is Full customs support, because customs clearance is only a part of our service (which we leave to a professional broker). And our tasks here are:
- preparation of a Technical file for smooth customs clearance
- checking the label of the sample before it gets under the customs clearance procedure
- verification and recommendation of the correct HS code to avoid the need to receive an FSS notification or RFC conclusion (where it is permissible by law)
- preparation of Import Permit for future RFC conclusion
- preparation of RFC conclusion for the subsequent registration of Import License of MPT
- ensuring confidentiality measures for product samples until the moment of the official release of the product
- ensuring the safe transportation of samples to and from the test site
- managing the protection of samples on behalf of the client
