It is official confirmation of compliance with the national requirements for radio-frequency equipment. The conclusion is drawn up for the import of radio-electronic means on the territory of the EAEU, falling under the measures of non-tariff regulation, namely, before the registration of the License of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the import of this equipment.

  The process of obtaining RFC conclusion consists of three stages:

• An examination of the declared characteristics of the radio-electronic means, the results of which determine the stages of drawing up the conclusion of the RFC
• Local tests and preparation of a technical file for submission to the Radio Frequency Center (RFC), the content of which is determined by the results of technical expertise.
• Execution of the conclusion with its registration in the State Register.
