WHAT IS LOCAL REPRESENTATION SERVICE
If you, as a manufacturer, decide to supply your products to the markets of the EAEU and the CIS countries, you definitely need to have an authorized representative on the territory of these countries. Of course, if we are talking only about a one supply, such an authorized representative will be the importer of a batch of products. However, if you still think the market of these countries is promising (and this is so – you just have to look at the GDP of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan in the dynamics of past years), then our recommendation is to use the service of an authorized representative.
Of course, a number of manufacturers already have their local offices in these countries, but this is not a reason to refuse our service of the Local Representative. Let the local office carry out the promotion of the products on the market, and our authorized representative will take care of all the issues related to communication with the regulatory authorities!
In addition, for consumer products very often a large number of supply contracts are concluded between the manufacturer and various distributors. In this case, our proposal of an authorized Local Representative will save all importers of products from the need to obtain a certificate every time the product is delivered and, thus, will reduce the costs (money and time) of the importer and the manufacturer and increase the attractiveness of the product for the importer. Our authorized representative will simply (with the manufacturer’s permission) grant the right to use the declaration or certificate for customs clearance to each official distributor. In addition, this allows the manufacturer to control its certificate and prevent it from being applied to illegal shipments.
