Azerbaijan has recently updated the compliance requirements for market access. Earlier the Agency AZ-Standard issued Certificates of Conformity for both Safety and EMC requirements. As of December 2, 2020, AZ-Standard will only be responsible for issuing Safety Certificates, and other accredited Certification Bodies will issue separate EMC certificate of conformity.

For earlier approved products (prior to December 2, 2020) separate EMC certification is not mandatory, however, it is recommended to avoid issues during customs clearance.
