Belarus Energy Efficiency (EE) requirements have been “updated”.

In accordance with Decree of The Council of Ministers (Republic of Belarus) dated December 27, 2022 N 916, starting from January 1, 2023, p. 3 of the “List of objects of National conformity assessment system…”, approved by Decree of The Council of Ministers (Republic of Belarus) dated October 21, 2016 No. 849, is suspended.

In other words, the requirement to obtain a national energy efficiency document for AC-powered household electrical appliances has been suspended as of January 1, 2023
