On November of this year the Russian Government published Order #719 “On improving public administration in the field of digital development, communications and mass communications.”  This Order closess the Federal Agency for Communications (FAC), which is responsible for all telecom product certification. The authority to the “Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation” (Mintsifra).

Starting from March 01, 2021 all processes previously handled by the FAC will be switched to Mintsifra.
