New regulation TR34/2019 came into force on February, 2021. It is quite essential change in Republican’s Technical regulation concerns telecom equipment.

In accordance with this regulation, it is not permitted anymore to use SM and CE mark on the same product simultaneously.

Only manufacturer can decide during the producing what type of mark is more prospective for its product.

Of course, this regulation is applicable only for goods which were manufactured before Feb 22, 2021.
