In accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia dated November 8, 2022 N 3363-r, the list of software that must be pre-installed on certain types of technically complex goods is expanding:

• for smartphones and tablet computers – RuStore, 2GIS (maps/navigation), Litres (e-books, audiobooks)
• for desktop computers and laptops – Kaspersky Free (antivirus)
• for TV-sets – Rutube, VK Video.
  

This Decree will come into force on January 1, 2023.
