The agreement on supervision over compliance with the requirements of EAEU technical regulations comes into force.

On February 24, 2023, an agreement on the principles and approaches for exercising state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU in order to harmonize the legislation of the member states of the association in this area will come into force.

The importance of the document is due to the need to converge the legislation of the member states of the association in the field of state control over compliance with the requirements of the EAEU. The main goal is the production and circulation of safe products on the territory of the EAEU.

The document contains unified principles of interaction between state control bodies on compliance with the requirements of regulations and authorized bodies for accreditation when they take measures in relation to unsafe products and unreasonably issued conformity assessment documents, including the so-called black lists of products and unscrupulous market participants.
