The entry into force of the TR EAEU 048/2019 has been postponed by three years.

The Council of EEC approved the Decision #50 to postpone the EAEU technical regulation “On the requirements for the energy efficiency of energy-consuming devices” (EAEU TR 048/2019) to September 01, 2025. (Recall that it was supposed to start operating on September 01, 2022).

It is assumed that before this date some details of TR EAEU 048 will be updated, as well as second-level documents for the application of the technical regulation (such as a list of standards, requirements for EE labels etc.) will be developed.

Please pay your attention! National legislative requirements of Belarus related to Energy Efficiency are still mandatory!
