Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 20, 2022.

In accordance with the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 20, 2022 N 198, a number of changes are made to the forms of conformity assessment documents, such as:

• – mandatory indication of the QR-code on the form, which is a direct link to the document’s e-version in the state register;
• – indication of auditor’s name who conducted a factory audit in CoC;
• – indication of production date of the tested samples;
• – details of the contract between the manufacturer and its authorized representative and so on…

These changes are the beginning of implementation of Interstate plan to tighten control over certificates issued in all EAEU countries without sampling and testing, without factory audit or with violations in the procedures of using staff by certification bodies.

This Decision will partially come into force on January 22, 2023.
