January 20, 2023. Decision of EEC #7 (dated Jan.17, 2023) was officially published amending issuing certificates of state registration rules.

It contain two essential changes related to lead time (it was reduced from 30 calendar days to 15 working days) and application package (copy of a contract with TL or letter from TL is no longer required).

It is temporary rules that will be active till February 19, 2024.
